General Terms & Conditions of Booking
Bali Success Tours is solely an advertising & booking agency. By booking activities with us you accept that Bali Success Tours will not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage to individuals or property resulting from participating in the activities advertised.
All activity descriptions and information has been provided to Bali Success Tours from the participating companies. Although every effort is made to keep information up to date and correct Bali Success Tours will not be held responsible for any differences that may occur on any activities booked.
Activities booked with less than 7 days notice can not be guaranteed available. Please contact us if booking with less than 7 days notice to ensure availability.
Tours are not confirmed until you receive your booking receipts. In the unlikely event you book a tour and it is not available you will have the option of selecting another date or a full refund will be credited to your account within 7 days.
Booking receipts must be printed and presented upon pick up or entry to your tour as proof of payment.
Bali Success Tours &/or the participating Tour Company reserves the right to cancel or change booking times if the need may arise.
In the event of cancellation by Bali Success Tours &/or the participating Tour Company you will have the option of rescheduling another date or a 100% refund will be credited to your account within 7 days.
Unless otherwise stated we do not include baby seats, wheelchairs or any other non fixtures in our vehicles or tours. We may be able to arrange these for you for an additional cost if sufficent notice is given.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Bali Success Tours of any change of flight or hotel details.
For tours including return transport please ensure you are in the lobby of your hotel at the scheduled pick up time.
Drivers will wait for up to 2 hours after your flight is scheduled to land for airport pickup.
Bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
All bookings paid for by bank deposit must be received at least 7 days before activity date.
For bank transfer payment please email us a copy of the bank transfer receipt upon payment.
You will not be subject to any additional fees by paying via Paypal or Credit Card.
Bali Success Tours cancellation policy for all activities is as follows:

All cancellations must be received in writing to info@balisuccesstours.com or by contacting our emergency contact number within business hours.
All refunds will be credited into your account within 7 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
Rescheduling may be made directly through the Tour Company or by contacting us via email at info@balisuccesstours.com or on our emergency contact number. Notice of at least 3 hours before your scheduled pick up time must be given to reschedule any tour. Every effort will be made to help with rescheduling however rescheduling depends on availability and can not be guaranteed.
Safety Guidelines & Age Restrictions
All Watersports are subject to weather and wind conditions. In result of cancellation you will have the choice of rescheduling, participating in another activity or receiving a full refund credited within 14 days.
Private Charters are subject to weather conditions. In the result of cancellation you will be offered the chance of rescheduling or a full refund will be credited within 14 days.
Diving is not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart problems, people with sinus problems or anyone who currently or recently has had an ear infection. Children must be 14 or older to participate.
Underwater Walking is not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart problems, people with sinus problems or anyone who currently or recently has had an ear infection. Children must be 9 and above to participate.
Whitewater Rafting is not suitable for pregnant women or anyone suffering heart or back problems.
Children must be aged 7 and older to participate.
Wild Whitewater Rafting is only suitable for experienced adult rafters.
Ocean Rafting is not suitable for pregnant women or anyone suffering heart or back problems.
Children must be 10 or older to participate.
Waterbom Park waterslides are not recommended for those knowing or suspecting that they suffer from back troubles or any chronic health issues.
Children must be 5 and above to participate in any watersports.
Children aged 5-15 may only participate as a co-pilot with an adult as the driver for Bali Buggy & Bali Quad.
Swimming with the dolphins is not suitable for menstruating or pregnant women.
All other age limits mentioned on Bali Success Tours must be abided by. All Bali Tour Companies have the right to refuse anyone not meeting the age restrictions.
All private details collected by Bali Success Tours will be used solely to enable us to process your booking. Your details will never be disclosed or sold for any marketing or other purposes.

However the majority of the Bali Tour Companies advertised on our site offer their own insurance. Please contact us for further details of each companies individual insurance policies.
